Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Julia. We'd be happy to go over your options.
As a TD Customer, you have access to our Popmoney services, also known as the Person-to-Person Payment feature, via your TD Online Banking. With this feature, you're welcome to transfer funds from your personal TD Bank account to someone else's account at TD Bank or any other Financial Institution within the US. We invite you here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL for a little more information.
As you're already utilizing TD Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. After logging into your account, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment!
When sending a transfer, you will have two delivery options, three day or next day delivery. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Please note, fees may apply for the Transfer service. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K.
Please note, there are limits on the amount of money you can send or receive through our Person-to-Person Payment Services. Your limits may be adjusted from time-to-time at our sole discretion. You may log in to the Site to view your individual transaction limits by clicking on the information icon to the right of the amount box within Popmoney Service, as applicable.
If the amount of your rent payment exceeded your current Popmoney payment limit, you do have the option of initiating a wire transfer. To initiate a domestic or international wire transfer from your TD Bank account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
For any wire transfer to another domestic financial institution from your TD Bank account, you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
You may want to contact the other financial institution or your landlord to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Please see the link listed below for all applicable fees that may apply.
Please note, transfer fees may apply to any one of these mentioned transfers, for our fee schedule follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
We hope this helps and please have a great one.
