Thank you for coming by TD Helps, Steven! We'll be happy to help.
We recommend initiating wire transfer through your financial institution as this would be the only electronic option that TD Bank can provide for this account type.
You will need to provide your Financial institution the following information:
Wire To: TD Bank
Wilmington, Delaware or Full Store Address
Credit to: Your landlord's Account Title and Account Number
Please note, there may be a fee assessed when initiating a wire transfer. We recommend connecting with your Institution for wiring transfer fees and also any other possible options to send a payment.
Another option that you can consider is using the filled out deposit slip to make a physical deposit into your landlord's account. The deposit can be processed with a Teller in the Lobby or Drive-thru at any TD Bank location. If you decide to make a check deposit into the account, you would simply write the check and have it be made payable to your landlord, you will also need to write “for deposit only” with his account number on the back of the check. We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Steven. Have a good night!
