was given a message that it was cleared. I am at work right now and cannot speak to a representative over the phone but am looking for a chat option to resolve this as soon as possible and to gain some insight on what may be going on. My login does not work. I just found out that my account was overdrawn over and a check I had mobile deposited was bounced even though I was given a message that it was cleared. By using your Online Banking, you have the option to send a Specialist a Secure Message, and we invite you to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq which will take you directly to the log in page for your personal account. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, that’s okay, as you can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To complete this process, please know that you will need your account number, debit card number, your Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to access your Online Banking, towards the left hand side of your screen, you should see the 'Message Center', and by clicking 'Send a secure message', you'll have the ability to contact a Specialist in regard to your concerns by simply following the prompts. Typically, we respond in less than 24 hours.
