If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to log in and view your statements online. To log in, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Please follow the steps below to view the statement of your choosing:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, feel free to do so at any time by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to sign up. If you have any trouble doing so, please contact us for assistance.
You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to assist you in signing up. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you need copies of your statement information, feel free to follow the steps listed above, call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store during lobby hours!
Please know that any statement information requested via the telephone will be mailed to the address we have on file and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
You may also view your statements if you have a TD BusinessDirect account. If you are not currently enrolled, don't worry. To begin the enrollment process, please visit http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 or if you have already created an online account you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
Please note that enrollment in BusinessDirect takes up to two business days and you will receive an email containing your temporary username and password that you will have to change upon logging in. In case you don't have a Debit Card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for help.
If you have any trouble with the enrollment process, please contact our Small Business Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, option 2. Once enrolled or logged in you may use the following steps to view your statements:
- In the "Accounts" tab click onto "Statements"
- Choose the account and desired Statement Period using the drop down boxes
- Click onto the "View Statements" button
