there is an item that is 1.40. She bought 5 of them and she was low on money, now TD bank is charging her $150+. What do i do now

She can visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours (Click here: https://go.td.com/1YuxIwb for locations), call us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or send us a secure message via online banking.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
