Will the TD allow us to do that without my mother's permission? My Mom has severe Alzheimer's and has been declared mentally incompetent. My two sisters and I are powers of attorney on her accounts. We are also beneficiaries and executors for her when she passes. My one sister wants the three of us to put ourselves on her accounts as joint account holders. Will the TD allow us to do this without my Mom's permission?
