We would like to thank you for contacting us with your question Guy.
We have multiple options we can provide for you to obtain past statements.
You’re welcome to request the statements to be mailed to you by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we can put in that request for you. Please keep in mind that with this option it will take 7–10 business days to receive the copies.
To view your statements online, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the Statements tab
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you can do an online application if you have an ATM/Debit Card and U.S. Social Security number. Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Then, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Next, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you find you're having any difficulties locating or printing these out, you can call our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, 24/7. After account verification, a Specialist would be happy to walk you through this.
You also have to option of sending us a fax request to 856-533-1138. Please include the following information:
-Name as it appears on the account
-Signature for verification purposes
As always, you could also visit any TD Bank location and they can print it out for you. For hours and locations near you please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
If you need additional banking information feel free to contact Customer Service at the number listed above.
Thanks again for reaching out to us, Guy and have a great day!
