Thanks for joining TD Helps, Sandra. We'd be happy to help provide information on how your mother can add you to her account.
To add a signer to an existing TD Bank Checking or Savings account, both the account holder(s) and the prospective signer would have to visit a TD Store and speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please make sure to bring proper identification (Driver's License, State issued photo ID, Passport, etc.) and Social Security number. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
As you mentioned your mother has a hard time getting around, we do invite you to connect with the TD Store directly for further options.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
