If you remember your User Name, you may want to try the self-service feature via your Online Banking. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to go to the log-in page and select the "Trouble Logging In" link located under the password field. On the "Reset your Password" page, you will have to select “Personal” from the drop down box and then enter in your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Following that, you will have to answer 2 Security Questions. Next, you’ll be able to create a new password. Please make sure that your new password is at least 8 characters long and contains letters, numbers and special characters.
