Hey Lazarro, thanks for dropping by TD Helps with your inquiry. We are happy to help!
There are several options we can provide you that can help you access your Online Banking.
Your first option is going through the self-service feature on your Online Banking. Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to go to the logon page and then click on the “Trouble Logging In” link located under the Password field. This will allow you to reset your password in the comfort of your own home! There are 4 steps you will need to follow. Step 1 is selecting the type of account you have for your online access. Step 2 and step 3, you will be asked to answer selected security questions that only you should know the answers to. And finally step 4 will then ask you to create a new password.
Just some helpful hints when creating your new password: use combinations of numbers, letters, and special characters, but no spaces. Your password should be unique. And try avoiding using names, dates and numbers tied to your identity (such as birthdays, family name, pets, etc…).
If you are unable to successfully use the self-service feature or if you do not remember your User Name, we can also provide other options for you!
You can call and speak to one of our Digital Banking Specialist at 800-493-7562. Our Specialists are here 24/7 for your convenience and after account verification, they would be happy to help you gain access to your Online Banking again! If you prefer, you may also visit us during lobby hours and any Customer Representative would be more than happy to help. For more information on the hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps Lazarro. Enjoy the rest of your day and let us know if you have any other questions.
