We're sorry to hear that you haven't yet received a response for your Secured Credit Card application, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Generally speaking, once you have applied for one of TD Bank's Credit Cards, you should receive a decision in the mail within 7-10 business days. It's important to note that this time frame can vary depending on your postal service. In the event that this time frame has passed, and you have still not received a letter in the mail, you're welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to review your application further.
You're first welcome to call 888-561-8861 to speak with one of our Credit Card Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
