First, you may request to have this check copy mailed to your address on file by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. After account verification, we'll be glad to help. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Additionally, if you're already enrolled for online banking, you're welcome to send us a secure message with detailed information regarding this check, such as check number, dollar amount and posting date. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.

Regardless which option you choose, once the check copy request is received, you should expect to receive this check copy at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days.
