I got a new TD debit card with a chip; when I tried setting up my uber account with the new card, it wouldn't work. Same thing happened when I just tried making a Zipcar account with the card. Is this a problem with the new card? Do i need to do something special with the chip?

If you are enrolled for online banking and you prefer, you also have the option to send us a Secure Message so that we can review your card on your behalf. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
