Great to have you with us this morning! We hope your holiday weekend has been fun so far.
Regarding your debit card, we'd like to let you know that we generally mail these out about a month prior to the expiration date on your current card. Debit cards are valid until the last day of the month listed as the expiration month on your card. This means that if your debit card expires this month (July), it is valid until 7/31/2015. If your debit card did expire in June, however, you'll need a new one in order to continue with purchases or withdrawals.
If your new one is still on the way and you prefer to have a card sooner, you're welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store near you to pick up a new debit card. We can issue you one right away! For locations and hours near you, please see http://bit.ly/TDStores. Kindly note that the card number provided to you at a Store may not be the same as your current card number. If you choose this option, please ask your Representative to close the card that is on the way to you, since it won't be needed later.
If you have any questions, Lindsay or you'd like to review your card expiration with us, please just give us a call. We're here 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Thanks again! We hope this is helpful for you and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
