Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Patti. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into your account, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Please understand that while we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we are unable to discuss account specific information. However, if you have your username for your Online Banking, you may follow the link provided here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. This will direct you to reset your password by clicking on the link "Forgot your Password". From the drop down box, select Personal then type in your Username. You will also be asked to type the last four numbers of your Social Security number. After this, please select continue. Online Banking will then ask you to answer two of the security questions you set up when you first enrolled in Online Banking. When you answer them correctly, you will then be asked to change your password. When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email, and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you are unable to provide the information needed, that’s okay. We are here to help! There are other options we can offer. You may call us directly at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists are available to you 24/7. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your password and get you back up and running for your Online Banking. If you are unable to successfully verify your account, or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may visit us at any local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helped answer your question, Patti, and please enjoy your weekend.
