You will be happy to know that TD Bank serves our hearing impaired Customers who use TTY (Text Telephone), Video Relay, or Operator Assisted Relay services. As you're writing in from West Virginia, you're welcome to dial the West Virginia Relay Service Number at 1-800-982-8772 to use TTY or Relay Operator Assistance. With their help, you should be able to activate your new TD Debit Card. Also kindly keep in mind that our Debit Card Activation Line can be reached at 1-888-553-4122.
