Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties with your app.
If your mobile app or online banking account has become locked, it would be necessary to get in touch with us so we can unlock it for you. We apologize to hear that you weren't able to reach us before – we're available 24/7 for your convenience at 888-751-9000. If you prefer, you can also have this unlocked at your local TD Bank Store and feel free to find a local listing here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd also like to let you know that your online banking or mobile account would become locked after three login attempts, for your account security. Just in case you haven't exceeded this number of tries yet and the issue may be your password, you can reset your password for your personal account yourself if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your Password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
