Hi Jogeiry, welcome to TD Helps! We're sorry to hear that you're locked out of your online banking, and we'll be happy to help.
If you cannot log in, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Forgot your password?” link that is located under the field. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you are unable to reset your password through our self-service page, you may give us a call directly at 888-751-9000, where a Specialist will be happy to assist, 24/7.
