Good afternoon, Julia.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into your Online Banking, and we'll be more than happy to help get you to someone who can better assist you.
Before we begin, if you have forgotten your password, and are unable to log in for this reason, you're more than welcome to use our self-service feature, which you can access from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. To use this feature, simply select your account type, followed by your username, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Then, you will be required to answer the three security questions that you selected during the initial enrollment process of your Online Banking. Once this is completed, you will be able to change your password, and access your account again.
In the event that you're unaware of any of the security questions or your username, we apologize for any inconvenience as we ask that you connect with us directly for further assistance. Our Tech Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply calling 800-493-7562. If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We're sorry we couldn't be of further assistance today; however, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we do not have access to your account or personal information.
Take care, Julia.
