Typically it can take 3-5 business days for funds to be credited back into your account when merchant processes a refund. Please note, there are times when the funds may take longer to be credited to your account as the refund is based on when we receive notice from the merchant. If you have any further questions, you may connect with one of our Customer Service Specialists 24/7 at (888) 751-9000.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you can keep track of this refund. If you have not enrolled in Online Banking, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us at the number provided above to speak with our Specialists.
