Good morning, Jon, welcome to TD Helps and the TD Bank family! We're sorry to hear of any trouble with your password, but we'd like to let you know that we're here all the time to assist you. If you know your username for your TD Bank Online Banking account, you'll be glad to know that you can reset your password using the Self-Service feature at this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Please select the Trouble Logging In link located under the password field. You will now be at the Reset Your Password page; select the account type and input your username along with the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to answer your security questions. After successfully answering the security questions you will then be able to create and confirm your new password. Take a look at the following tips that could help when creating a new password: - Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces - Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else - Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.) - Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days If you encounter any difficulty or prefer someone to assist you, you can call a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist directly at 800-493-7562, who are available 24/7 for your convenience. After account verification, they would be happy to help you in resetting your information and making sure you are able to log back in. Of course, you are always welcome at your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Feel free to check us out again anytime, Jon! We hope this was helpful and enjoy the rest of your day.
