Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to Cipriano, Kissimmee
Thanks for reaching out to us, Cipriano! We're glad you stopped by TD Helps and hope you're doing well.
Depending on the method of payment you're using, changing a recurring payment or transfer that is already established can vary. As TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, please keep in mind that we would like to assist you directly here but we do not have access to your personal account information to do so.
If this is in regard to a loan you currently have with TD Bank, to better assist you, feel free to call us at 800-937-5020, 24/7 to speak with one of our Financial Solutions Group Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy advise you. Or, if this is in reference to a payment you have established via TD Bank Bill Pay, please use 800-493-7562 to connect with us 24/7.
Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store for assistance in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you prefer and you are enrolled for online banking, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can advise you that way. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Hope this is helpful, Cipriano! Let us know about any questions and have a fantastic rest of your weekend.
