We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Ashley. We'd be glad to clarify.
Typically third parties such as PayPal use your account and routing number to determine the name of the institution you bank with. Because of this, we recommend confirming your routing number by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. Keep in mind that your routing number is determined by the State in which you opened your account.
If you continue to have trouble, feel free to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
You are also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours or send us a secure message via Online Banking in regards to your concerns.
To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps, Ashley and have a good afternoon!
