I need help getting into my account after my phone was stolen. My computer's password doesn't work--I must have reset it at sometime in the past. Maybe it is a temporary one. I don't know. TD does not let me reset it. I don't know if in fact I have an outdated password, or TD is keeping me out for other reasons. I do not have a telephone to call you. Obviously.
I need some help.

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Todd. We're happy to help!
If you have forgotten your online banking password, but do remember your user name, we have you covered. If you have U.S. Social Security number, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the "Forgot your password" link that is located under the password. Select the account type and input your user name and last 4 digits of your SSN, you will then be asked to answer two security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you don't remember your user name or don't have SSN at this time, we ask you please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, anytime during the day or night. After account verification, they'll be happy to reset the password for you! If you need to reset the password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact our Small Business Team directly at 800-493-7562, option 2, who are also available 24/7. Upon account verification, they'll be able to reset your password in no time!
Additionally, you're always welcome to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours for password reset. Please feel free to check out: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for locations and hours near you.
We thank you again for dropping by today, have an awesome week!
