Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Michael.
Typically, replacement debit cards are sent to your home address six weeks before your current debit card expires. If you do not receive a new debit card by the end of next month, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, send us a secured message through online banking or stop into any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. If you choose to visit us in person, you'll have a new debit card within minutes!
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secured message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
If you choose to call us or send us a secured message, it can take 7-10 business days for your new debit card to arrive by mail; depending on your postal service. Please also note that your new debit card will come in a plain white envelope.
Hope you continue to enjoy this lovely day!
