I started the application process for a $XX,XXX line of credit and I have received 2 different rates and 2 different amounts of how much I can borrow, based on the same basic information of my current mortgage balance and home value. This make no sense. I have an account with you and have outstanding credit, so I'm wondering if my credit rating/score will help me to get the loan I need with you at a reasonable rate. If not, I may need to look elsewhere.
Thank you, Kelly
