i HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CHECK BY ONLINE ACCOUNT FOR OVER A MONTH.WHEN i PRESS TO LOG IN IT JUST KEEPS FLASHING. tHIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WHEN LOGGING INTO OTHER BANKS. i NEED TO GET ON LINE. i HAVE TRIED BOTH GOOGLE CHROME AND INTERNET EXPLORER. THE FLASHING IS ON GOOGLE CHROME AND I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS YOUR SITE ON INTERNET EXPLORER. THIS HAS ONLY BEEN GOING ON THE LAST FEW MONTHS. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE AND I DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING

Specifically with regard to Google Chrome, we recommend trying this fix to eliminate any "flashing" issues. Please find an option on your browser to Reset Browser Settings and follow any prompts to complete this process. If for any reason this doesn't correct the issue, you may also try to remove and reinstall the Chrome browser.
In regards to using Internet Explorer, we recommend disabling any plugins or themes and restore your browser defaults. We also suggest making sure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser and that it is accepting cookies, please note: www.tdbank.com is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
