Thanks for asking your question here on TD Helps, Lois.
We'd like to let you know that transferring funds is easier than it has ever been before with our feature called the "Person-to-Person" transfer, which allows you to send and receive funds via your Online Banking. This feature does not charge a fee to the receiver, unless it was the receiver who made the request for funds. This allows you to send money domestically to any account inside and outside TD Bank without having to visit a TD Store.
To use this feature, you and your sister must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you or your sister has not enrolled yet, that can be done for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To enroll, you/your sister will need to provide your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, account number, and email address. If you/your sister do not have a debit or ATM card or need any assistance enrolling please call 800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Tech Support Specialists available 24/7. Once you both have enrolled for Online Banking, she can select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD. We invite you to look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for any applicable fees.
Another option is to visit any local TD Bank Store. Once there, you can withdraw the funds from your account and request to make a deposit into your sister's account. For this option, all you have to do is provide her account number and full name, and the funds will be available to your sister's account immediately. Here is a link for you to view TD Bank location details and hours: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions.
