Thanks for writing in today, Richard!
We completely understand your interest in receiving your TD Bank Debit card as quickly as possible. In case you're not aware of this option, we'd like to let you know that you are more than welcome to visit us at any of our Stores, and a Representative would be happy to issue you a card on the spot! Feel free to find your closest location and hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Since it sounds like you may have already ordered a card, just ask the Representative to close that one for you since it won't be needed any longer once you get one in person.
If you have already ordered a card with us and prefer to receive it via mail, we encourage you to give us a call, 24/7 and one of our Banking Specialists can review your account. At that time we can be sure the order was placed and provide you with a time frame for receiving it. As TD Helps is a public forum we're not able to assist you directly here. However, we're positive that one of our Specialists can help you with your card request when you call.
If your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you can also send us a Secure Message so that we can check on your card for you. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this will help with your card, Richard! Thanks again and we hope to chat with you soon.
