Thanks for coming by TD Bank, Chris. We would be happy to answer your question.
With an Ugma account, also known as a Young Savers account, a withdrawal may be made at any time by the custodian of the account.
If you have an ATM/Visa Debit card, you may visit any TD ATM and make your withdrawal for free. If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit Card, you may visit any TD Store and make your withdrawal. For locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps Chris. Have a good day.

Thanks for joining in, Dawn. We'd be happy to discuss.
You are absolutely able to obtain an ATM only card for Young Savers account! To do so, you are able to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Store or send us a secure message via Online Banking.
To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We will process your request and mail your ATM only card to the address we have on file for you. Please know that this may take up to 7-10 business days.
We hope to hear from you soon, Dawn and have a good day.
