The problem is my son, Daniel , opened an account when he was seventeen. As I am sure you are aware , it is required that a person be eighteen years old to enter into a valid contract. Now he has a balance due of $60.36, he thought if he withdrew all his funds he would not have to worry about this account. Due to various fees he is in arrears. I feel strongly that his is NOT a valid contract. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
