Hi Robin. We're sorry to hear that your son's debit card was fraudulent used.
We will need to speak with your son so that we may close his debit card and begin the dispute process. If the transaction has posted to the account, we can file Regulation E dispute. This gives us the authority to act on his behalf to investigate and recover the money taken.
Please ask him to contact us as soon as possible. We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. He can also stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope to hear from him soon so that we may begin the dispute process. Take care, Robin.
