My son did not tell TD bank he was going to mexico and when he tried to use his ATM card the machine kept the card. What can he do to get a new card while in Mexico or is there an affiliate bank he can use to get cash ? Please help.

We understand your concern, Stephen. We'd be glad to help your son.
To best assist your son, he would need to contact us directly for assistance. He is able to call us directly from outside of the US by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. Once speaking to a Specialist, they will be glad to assist him in obtaining a new debit card.
If calling is not an option for him at this time, he is also able to send a secure message from his Online Banking account. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
