He lives in Nova Scotia but the statements come to my home in Newton, MA. How can he or I stop the paper statements.

Hi Faith, thanks for dropping by TD Helps with your question.
If your son has an Online Banking account with us he can go online and enroll for online statements. Online statements are safer, faster and greener than paper statements and we are happy to provide the steps on how to have your son set this up!
Please have him follow this link to take him to the Log-in page for your Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once he's successfully logged in, he will need to follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) he would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-He will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once he has opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
If needed, he can change the email address on file where the Statement Alerts are going to be sent to, he can do so by selecting the "Add or edit email address" link under each account option. Another window will pop up for him to add a new email address or edit current email address. Once he in inputs the new information, he will need to click on "Save Changes" box.
If he is having difficulties setting this up, he can call our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to walk him through this.
If he is not enrolled for Online Banking he can begin, please selecting this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. The web page will ask him to select the account type either "Personal" or "Business." After he selects the account type, he will then be asked to accept the Online Banking Agreement. The next step will require the use of some personal information. He will need his account number, Social Security number, ATM/VISA debit card number and his email address. Once he fills in the required fields and select "Continue," he will then be asked to create three security questions. When he submits them, he will then have access to his account(s) online! If he is having any issues enrolling or if he has any other questions or concerns, he may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists will be happy to answer any Online Banking questions he may have.
If your son happens to have an account with TD Canada Trust, since you mentioned he currently lives in Nova Scotia, we invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1w6lzzA for help from our friend, Sonia. She answered a similar question on how to enroll for paperless statements. You may also take a look here: http://bit.ly/12CpmcQ if he hasn't enrolled for Easyweb. Our friends, Kori form TD Canada Trust; answer a question that outlines the steps. Your son may also submit his own questions if he needs.
Hope this helps Faith. Have a great one and feel free to stop by again if you have any other questions.
