Since I am a signer on his account, may I change his security question and password for him?

We understand your concern, Maureen and we'd be happy to help you and your son.
Although you are an authorized signer on your son's account, we'd like to let you know that TD Online Banking profiles are linked to an individual's Social Security Number.
This being mentioned, we do apologize as you would not be able to update your son's information such as his security questions and password for his online account. Don't worry though! Your son is able to call us 24/7 even while overseas by dialing 856-751-9000. Additionally, he can call us collect from a landline at 215-569-0518. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help him regain access to his online account.
Once we are connected with your son and once his account has been verified, we would be happy to help get him up and running.
