It sounds like your son's account may have been sent to our account Recovery. Our Recovery Department may be reached Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm at 800-742-2651. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store with your son during the lobby hour and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives may be able to assist you.
