Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Janice.
If your son would like to transfer funds from his TD account to your bank account, he may use the Person-to-Person feature. This feature is located under the "Person-to-Person Payments" tab via Online Banking. To add contacts to his list, please click on the "Contacts" link located beneath the "PopMoney" word.
If he is sending funds to someone using this feature, he'll be glad to know that it's not necessary for them to be a TD Bank Customer or to be enrolled in this service, although they can accept the transfer via their TD Bank Online Banking account if they have one. For text and email delivery, the recipient will receive built-in directions on how to claim the money he has sent. And if he sent the funds using their account number, the funds won't need to be claimed but instead they'll be deposited directly to their account within the time frame he has selected.
If he has any questions at all regarding this service or about the transfer he has made, reach out to our dedicated Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562, or feel free to message us online. He may log into his online account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. He is invited to submit his inquiry and a friendly Specialist will respond shortly. You’re also welcomed to check out http://bit.ly/1pADlWD for all of the exciting details.
Hope this helps answer your question and have a nice day.
