Welcome to TD Helps, Wanda. We are sorry for your loss and are here to provide you with some helpful information.
We appreciate your interest in doing business with us, and we invite you to check out the different Checking and Savings Accounts that we offer.
You can compare our different Checking Accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, to take a look at a variety of different products that may fit your needs. If you need any help deciding which one is the best for you, we invite you to use our helpful Checking Account Selector tool found here: http://bit.ly/KmmHe7.
If you're looking to start saving, Derek, you can review our available Savings & Money Market Accounts right here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. We also offer a similar Savings Account Selector tool to help identify the right product for you. If you'd like some guidance on our Savings Accounts, you can find that here: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
If you're ready to open an account with us, there's no need to come into a Store – you can open your account(s) right online through the links above. If you'd prefer to speak with a Banking Specialist, you could also open the account(s) over the phone; just reach out to us anytime at 888-751-9000. Banking Specialists are available 24/7 to help guide you through an account opening and answer any questions that you have along the way.
We want to let you know that you always have the option to stop by for assistance. Please take a look here if you can make it in to sit down with a Banking Specialist and open your new account(s) in person: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Stop by during lobby hours and we can set you up with a new account and issue you an ATM/Debit Card on the spot!
No matter how you'd like to open your new account(s), there are two forms of identification that we will need to process your information. If you are a U.S. citizen, we'll need your Social Security Number and a form of photo identification (Driver's License, Passport, state-issued ID, etc.). If you're a non-U.S. citizen, then we'll need your Passport and another secondary form of ID (Driver's License, Nexus Card, Residence Card, etc.). Please have these IDs available when you open your new account.
We hope this information is helpful Wanda. Thanks for stopping by.
