Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Rose. We will be glad to assist you.
If your husband has been added to your TD Bank Checking or Money Market account as a joint account holder, he should be able to receive a TD Visa Debit Card in his name. He may obtain one by visiting any of his local TD Bank store during normal lobby hours with his valid photo ID. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. He may also feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to order one via telephone.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, he will need to be enrolled in Online Banking first. If he is not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for this free service, he may contact us 24/7 at the same number listed above for assistance. Once he is enrolled, he can access his account by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After he is logged on to the account, on the left hand side, he should see an option to "Send a secure message".
We hope this information helps, Rose. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
