Welcome to TD Helps, Tim. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble viewing your statements and will be happy to provide you with more information.
In order to be able to view your statements via www.tdbank.com you must have Adobe installed on your device. Once you're logged in directly on the website (not the mobile app) and you go to the statements page, you'll see an option on the right that says Get PDF reader. That will direct you to download the proper program to be able to view PDF files on your device.
