Every month, like clockwork, I send a check from TD Bank Bill Pay $2800.00 to Wells Fargo Bank. It was sent 02/02/2017 and says "ARRIVED" on 02/07/2017. However, Wells Fargo Bank claims that they did not receive the $2800.00. I am presently in the Philippine Islands and have no way to call you on this matter. Will you kindly investigate and confirm that the check from TD Bank $2800.00 was delivered to Wells Fargo Bank on 2/7/2017? Thank you very much for your investigation on this matter. I have a been a loyal customer of TD Bank for many years now.
