I have contacted paypal and they have prevented funds leaving my account. In addition my card with them is reported as stolen so even though I have it I need a new card.

We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you in the event that fraud occurs. For assistance, you'll want to notify our Specialists of this issue immediately at 888-751-9000, who are available 24/7 for your support. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be able to close your current card and file a claim on your behalf. Once this is complete, they can mail a new card to you so that you can continue with your purchases.
From your message, it sounds as though you may still have the card (and card number) in your possession. If so, you'll want to have this available when you call so that we can quickly locate your account and file the appropriate dispute for you.
