Thanks for joining us today on TD Helps, Choongho. We're happy to help you get your new chip enabled debit card!
For more information on our Chip Cards please check out: http://go.td/1Ex8IvZ. If your current TD debit card will be expiring soon, you should expect to receive a new TD debit card that is chip-enabled via mail in a regular white envelope. You should expect to receive your new TD debit card 30-45 days prior to the expiration date.
If your card is not expiring soon and you would like to receive the new Chip Card, you may request one by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 however they are not available in our Store locations quite yet. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us at the telephone number above.
We are always here to help, Choongho. Let us know if you have any other questions.
