Thanks for getting in touch with us, Phyllis. We understand your concern and are glad to help with some suggestions today!
First, you may like to check out our Store Locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You might be able to find one of our Stores or ATM nearby during your travels, if none are in your immediate area any longer. To search for ATMs only, you can just remove the checked box for "Search Stores" which will allow you to
As an alternate option to using a non-TD Bank ATM, you'll be glad to know that many major retailers allow you to obtain cash back during a purchase which is typically free of charge. When at a store register, just ask or look for this option while you're swiping your card. You'll want to use the "debit" option presented with your PIN in order to access cash.
Keep in mind that each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. This can be in addition to any fee assessed by the owner of the ATM or network, and may include fees for both withdrawals and balance inquiries. Please see our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information.
We'd like to let you know that depending on the type of account you have with us, your non-TD ATM fees may be reimbursed with a $2500.00 daily minimum balance, and we'll waive our own fees. Please check out the chart at link above for information about the type of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee.
If you're unsure, to determine what type of account you currently have, you're more than welcome to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Your account type will be listed right under the Accounts tab. Or, give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'll be happy to review your current account or what you may be eligible for. We'd be glad to help!
Thanks again for stopping by, Phyllis. Hope these ideas help and don't hesitate to write again with questions. Have a great one!
