In reply to Ajowah, Jamaica
Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Ajowah. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
First and foremost, if you have not done so already, we recommend that you contact us immediately to close your debit card for account security. You may do so, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000 or, as you have stated that you are currently in Jamaica, call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you with closing your debit card.
After account verification, our Representatives would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days, and will be sent in a plain white envelope for security purposes. Additionally, our Specialists will be happy to review your account and file a dispute for you, if necessary.
If you have TD Bank Online Banking you may also send us a secure message to request a new debit card. If you have not enrolled, you may do so for free by following this link: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, your email address, and your current TD ATM/Debit card. Since you don't have the card it may be easier to give us a call 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. They can also help you with your card request, but you would still have the option to send the message. Once you're successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
You're also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Our Specialists would be happy to print out a new card for you. You would be able to leave with a new TD Debit Card that same day!
Thanks again for stopping by, Ajowah. We hope you have a great weekend.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
