i have had it for years, it hasn't worked online (ebay, ticket master, loading transit card) for a few months now but it still works in person.

If you're referring to a credit card you have with TD Bank in the US, we recommend reaching out to our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861. They would be glad to review your concerns.
You are also able to send us a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
