Hey, Renee thanks for joining us tonight. We're glad you reached out to us through TD Helps with this.
We're sorry to hear that your debit card has recently expired. If for any reason you have not received your replacement card yet, then you can request a new one several ways.
First, yes – you can request a new card online by logging into your Online Banking profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging in, please go to the Customer Service tab on the top right and then click on "Send a Message" under the Message Center heading. Once there, please select the subject "General Customer Service" and then type your request into the "Comments" field. A new card will be processed and mailed for you to receive within 7-10 business days.
Alternatively, you can request a new card simply by reaching out to us by phone at 888-751-9000. We're available here 24/7 to order a replacement card for you and we can also answer any account questions that you may have.
The last option available is to step inside the closest TD Bank Store and we can process an instant-issue Debit card for you right on the spot! Find your closest Store location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, we notice you're reaching out to us from Toronto, so just in case you were looking to replace your TD Canada Trust card, we found this link that you may find helpful: http://bit.ly/1DkGWRg.
Hope we helped Renee. You know where you can reach us with any other questions!
