Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Sarah.
If your TD debit card is expiring, a replacement card is typically mailed to your address on file within 30-45 days prior to the expiration date.
If you haven't received your new card and you are able to visit a TD Bank Store location during normal lobby hours, you may obtain a new debit card immediately. To locate a TD Store near you please view:
http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines where any Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, please ask the Store Representative to close the replacement card that may have already been mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
We'd also like to mention that you can order a new debit card by calling us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and after account verification, we'd be happy to request one for you.
Another way to request a TD debit card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When doing so, please include your current address so that we can ensure we're mailing the card to the right location for you. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
We hope this helps, Sarah and please let us know if we can assist again.
