We understand your concern, Pamela and we'd be glad to discuss.
If you're expecting a deposit from an ACH transfer, please note that funds sent as a direct deposit (ACH transfer) typically become available 2-3 business days after they were sent. This can vary and we would recommend that you refer to any information provided by your other institution about the timing of your deposit, and check with them directly for a status.
Once the deposit can be made available to your account, it will be processed overnight and will be available to use no later than 6:00 am on the date of your deposit.
For any questions you may have, feel free to give us a call. We're available 24/7 for you and we can be reached at 888-751-9000. Similarly, you are able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Pamela and enjoy your day.
