My user name has a symbol in it that will be unacceptable with the new system. How do I change it before 11/11?

With our new online banking upgrade, we recommend changing your user name before November 13th, 2017.
To change your online banking user name, please click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log in. Once you've logged in, please click on the 'Customer Service' tab, and then click 'User Name' under 'Update Profile and Preferences'.
We have made a few changes, in regard to the user name requirements. Please see below:
-Must begin with a letter
-Can include letters, numbers, underscore (_) or period (.)
-Spaces, email addresses, card numbers, or Social Security Numbers cannot be used
